About J. Henry's
Ever since I was a little boy cooking has always
been my passion. Dragging up a stool and
helping my mother prepare meals for our family
is something I'll never forget. As I grew older I
watched my father grill some of the best tasting
food and since then the grill was my best friend. I
learned the art of Smoking Pigs, Turkeys, Ribs &
Chickens from my late friend Harold G. Bell of
Charlotte TN. And one of the last things he told
me was "when are you going to take what you've
learned and start a BBQ business".
